1. What PostPoet Does

PostPoet is an AI powered listing assistant designed to help users create resale listings for platforms such as Vinted and eBay. The service may generate titles, descriptions, hashtags and listing copy based on text input, voice input and uploaded images.

2. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for checking all generated content before publishing it. This includes checking item descriptions, sizes, brand names, measurements, condition details and platform compliance. AI can make mistakes, humans famously do too, so always review before posting.

3. Uploaded Photos and Content

You must only upload content you own or have permission to use. You remain the owner of your uploaded images, text and generated listing content.

PostPoet does not claim ownership over your listings, item photos or written descriptions.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use PostPoet to create unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, hateful, defamatory or misleading content, including fake branded listings, counterfeit goods listings or intentionally deceptive product descriptions.

5. Free and Pro Access

Free accounts include limited daily generations. Pro subscriptions unlock expanded usage and premium tools, including advanced photo based listing generation.

Subscription pricing, features and limits may change over time as the service develops.

6. Billing

Paid subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe. Billing, renewals, cancellations and payment methods are managed through Stripe's billing portal.

Where required by law, eligible refunds will be handled fairly and reasonably.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep PostPoet available and reliable, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Features may be updated, improved, changed or removed without notice.

8. No Guarantee of Results

PostPoet helps you write better listings, but we do not guarantee sales, views, engagement or marketplace approval. A good listing helps, but the internet remains gloriously chaotic.

9. Limitation of Liability

PostPoet is not liable for listing removals, moderation issues, lost sales, account actions, incorrect generated details, business interruption or indirect losses arising from use of the service.

10. Updates to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of PostPoet means you accept the latest version.
