• Voice input, when using speech-to-text features supported by your browser.
• Uploaded photos, including multiple item images used for listing generation.

Information you provide is used only to operate PostPoet features, including:
• generating listing copy
• checking Pro subscription access
• managing billing access
• improving reliability and performance
• providing support when requested
4. Uploaded Images
Images uploaded to generate listings are processed temporarily for AI analysis.
PostPoet does not intentionally store, build image libraries from, or resell uploaded photos.
5. Generated Content
Listing text generated by PostPoet is created in response to your request. We do not claim ownership over your generated listings, descriptions or uploaded content.
6. Analytics and Technical Data
PostPoet uses analytics and technical monitoring tools to understand usage and improve performance. This may include anonymous usage data such as page visits, feature usage, browser type, device type and error reporting.

PostPoet uses trusted third party providers, including:
• Stripe, for secure subscription billing
• Upstash Redis, for account and Pro access checks
• Vercel, for hosting and backend delivery
• OpenAI, for AI generated listing assistance
• Google Analytics, for anonymous usage analytics

PostPoet may use browser storage or cookies to remember account status, usage limits and app preferences, helping the service work properly between visits.
